About this app

Building Ledger brings together fee tracking, expense recording, and collections in a single application for apartment and site management. Managers can see the cash balance and debt status at any time; apartment owners and tenants can also track their debts, account statements, and receipts from their phones.

The Ledger eliminates the need for Excel spreadsheets and "Who paid this month?" messages. Every collection is recorded with a receipt, every expense is deducted from the cash register, and the debt list is always up-to-date.

FOR MANAGERS:
• Summary screen: cash and bank balance, this month's collections and expenses, total receivables at a glance.
• Fee distribution: distribute monthly fees equally among apartments or according to land share (Condominium Law Article 20).
• Quick collection: select the apartment, enter the amount, and a collection receipt will be generated instantly. • Send receipts via WhatsApp
• Expense record: Record common expenses such as employee salaries, electricity, water, elevator maintenance, and insurance
