Jalan Kita 2.0 is a public service application from the Ministry of PUPR that functions as a center for complaints and services for community aspirations.
With Jalan Kita 2.0, you can report incidents of problems that are around you, including: damaged roads, floods, collapsed bridges, or other disasters you can report. Jalan Kita 2.0 is also a liaison portal between the community and the Ministry of PUPR, where local problems can be immediately addressed by the government appropriately and swiftly.
