Most of the buildings are generally older than 20 years therefore users do not know if their home is safe under an earthquake. They cannot also obtain building performance just after an earthquake The main problem is that the procedure to provide seismic performance assessment is too complex for non- technical users. Rapid seismic performance evaluation methods are widely accepted procedures. Binamod aims to provide seismic performance of building as fast as possible with high accuracy. Therefore, multiple data collection steps are provided for customers. Binamod’s algorithm works with a growing database to provide the latest scientific methods.
