This platform failed me. My refund is missing and support has been useless. Weeks of waiting with no progress. UPDATE: despite providing binance with all the info and more than what they requested, I have been left with no other solution but to leave the platform, keep using them if you want to lose your funds, I won't ANYMORE. and I didn't get my money by the way, they kept it for themselves apparently.

I havent had issues with the functionality like a lot of people. My biggest problem is I have to log in almost every time I use it and since the requirements for the password are so ridiculous, I dont have it memorized, so I have to go find my password and by that point, I might as well check online. Also, you would think they would automatically put the crypto you've bought in your "interest" area, but by default, its the top coins. You have to manually add the others if you want to see them

I have been using Binance.US since about December 2020, and everything was okay for the most part until recently. They had a big system crash recently, and all the sudden disabled trading on my account. I have lost thousands in trades because of this, and the issue still hasn't been resolved nearly 2 weeks later. I have emailed customer service several times, and absolutely no response. As soon as my last bit of money is freed up from the 10 day hold, I'm never using it again!
