This app will help ease the burden on the work assignments and tracking of onsite tasks for the employees that work for the company. Each employee logs in with their credentials and can see and manage their assigned tasks by the company in a secure environment.

When a task is assigned to the employee, the employee will receive a notification, and the employee will have the option to accept or reject the task. Once accepted, there will be a clear understanding of the workflow ensuring accountability and proper reporting. This workflow will look like the following:

Arriving at the site

Scanning the location barcode

Performing a risk assessment

Starting the job

Capturing before and after pictures

Acquiring and returning inventory

Adding job-related events

Completing the task
