a very good app but some small problems like withdrawal delays..and deposited amount not showing for several hours..I even tried the help centre but nothing happened. no assistance and whatever I was doing was vital.please check on that

Very poor customer service. They don't pick calls, don't reply to WhatsApp messages or even texts. They are still withholding my money when it's very clear that I withdrew through their platform. I have provided them with the deriv statement statement to prove it all. And they are unapologetic!!! TRANSACT USING THIS SERVICE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

Great app to make transactions. However, recently I ran into an issue where it refuses to login even when the details are correct to the letter. Additionally, before that, it only logged into my demo account and I couldn't access my real account to make deposits and withdrawals.
