I'm loving it so far. It can be frustrating when you fail but I've been using it dillegently every day for almost a week now and I've made a small but noticeable improvement. In a month I will return and share my thoughts and progress then. EDIT: Alright, it's been a bit less than a month and I've definetly made progress. Still in easy mode but I skip a day here and there. Still I clearly recognize intervals better. It works if you stick to it. 👍🏽 Will review again in 3 months.
What an unfortunate turnout. I have been studying piano and cello for 9 years and I wanted to build on my music knowledge, but only to find that the first chapter of the first level is free and it was things I learned 8 years ago. I'd love to purchase it, but my college music theory courses seem to be a better investment.
Intuitive, for about $5 you can't go wrong. A lot of content is included for that price. Well structured progression and easy to use. My only complaint is that the note sounds linger a bit too long. This often requires tapping the center of the screen so you can hear the proceeding notes without distraction.
I read through the reviews before trying. I am glad I did, because it made me feel more at ease with what to expect. First two runs, I managed three stars first try. I hit a slight bump with the M and m. Looks like I could use more practice. I will consider buying the full version. From what little I have seen and experienced, it seemed very intuitive even for someone without formal training. Although I have been a guitar hack for over 20 years. Great work and diligence with molding the app with your users in mind.
Awesome app! I've been playing guitar for years and up I've been struggling with learning even the simplest pieces by ear until I found this app. It really helped me learn how to interpret things that I hear. Full version definitely worth it!
Very intuitive navigation. I started knowing nothing about the theory, everything I needed was provided. I was glad I read the introduction that saved me from being frustrated with the initial difficulties in the " easy mode". I would like to see rhythmic elements in this app as well. The app is great I love it. :)
