The worst app I've ever used. It's not even possible to get worse than this. Downloading the app when I need a locker is stupid and took too much time, then had to enable location, internet didn't work where we were, the payment worked poorly, no matching locker number to the app, and finally got an error when trying to open the locker. Everyone around us complained too.

I purchased a locker and when I tried to open it via the app, the locker wouldn't open so I never got to use it. The binbox rep at the venue in Tacoma tried to contact his company but he was having trouble too. Two people bought two lockers and only one of them got a second locker that actually worked. Also, right when the lockers were supposed to be available, the app kept saying the lockers were all sold out. Then, there's no customer service number to contact so I'm basically out $19. :(

I had to use this app since the stadium I was going to, Capital One Arena had a strict no bag policy. First, the lockers were overpriced (about 15 to 18 dollars depending on size). Then, I tried following the instructions repeatedly. Everything I did, the lockers wouldn't simply open. I had to get help from staff, and only then would the locker open. Overall, this app was a total nightmare to use.
