About this app

Record money received and paid, review customer balances and find past entries without searching through paper notebooks. Use the app in Gujarati, Hindi or English.

CUSTOMER LEDGER
• Create customer or friend records with optional contact details and notes.
• Add dated entries and review each customer’s transaction history.
• View totals and balances, search records and filter by date.
• Choose familiar entry labels for your bookkeeping needs.

STATEMENTS AND SHARING
• Generate customer statements in PDF or Excel with an active premium plan.
• Choose colour or black-and-white output. Colour reports distinguish received and paid entries.
• Add shop details to supported statements and share through the apps you choose.
• Try sample export previews before using premium exports for your own records.

BACKUP AND RESTORE
• Save and restore local JSON backups.
• Use optional Google Drive backup and restore with an active premium plan, Google sign-in and Drive permission.
• Enable daily or monthly automatic Drive backup. Backup is attempted when the app opens or resumes and the required connection and permissions are available.


PREMIUM AND ADS
The app contains ads and offers paid plans. Premium includes ad-free use, PDF and Excel exports, and Google Drive backup while the plan is active. Available plans and prices are shown in the app. An optional rewarded ad provides ad-free use until local midnight; it does not unlock premium exports or Drive backup.

Khatavahi records the amounts you enter. It does not transfer money, provide loans or connect to your bank account.
