About this app

Bingham OS is the employee app for Bingham Mechanical, Inc. It is intended for
Bingham Mechanical employees only. You need an account issued by Bingham
Mechanical to sign in — there is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used
without one.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Clock in and out — record your time against the job you're working, from the
field, without paper timecards.
• See your schedule — your upcoming work, assignments, and what's due.
• Time approvals — foremen and supervisors review and approve crew time.
• Drawings and as-builts — open project drawings, measure, and mark up
as-built changes from the jobsite.
• Punch lists and work orders — see what's assigned to you and close items out.
• Safety training and certificates — complete assigned training and keep your
certifications current.
• Notifications — get told when something needs your attention: an approval, a
new assignment, or a schedule change.

FOR THE FIELD

Built for real jobsite conditions — large touch targets, works on phone and
tablet, and designed around the way our crews actually work rather than a
desktop tool squeezed onto a phone.

LOCATION

The app records your device's location at the moment you clock in or clock out,
to confirm jobsite accuracy. It does not track your location in the background
or while you are off the clock, and you can decline the permission — clock
in/out still works, the jobsite location simply isn't recorded.

ACCOUNTS

Accounts are created and managed by Bingham Mechanical HR. If you are an
employee and don't have a login yet, contact your supervisor or HR. If you are
not a Bingham Mechanical employee, this app will not be usable for you.
