Vitrine Capture is the mobile companion for VitrineCMS, built for the people who work collections from the floor up.

When you're holding an object in one hand and your phone in the other, the last thing you want is a complicated form. Capture lets you photograph an object, add a title and accession number, and save it to your collection in seconds. Quick mode keeps entry fast and frictionless. Full mode is there when you need the complete field set.

Every record syncs automatically to your Vitrine dashboard. If you're in a basement storeroom with no signal, the app queues your work offline and syncs when you're back online.

QR scanning lets you pull up existing records instantly, useful for checking details or updating objects already in the system.

Vitrine Capture is designed for museum professionals, collection managers, and anyone responsible for keeping an accurate record of objects in their care. It requires an active VitrineCMS account.
