Lock In helps you put your phone down at the times that matter — and do something real instead.

Set a schedule for when you want your device locked: every week, specific days, or a recurring day each month. When the time comes, your screen locks with a gentle nudge toward something worth doing instead — read a few pages, go for a walk, stretch, journal, or just get some sleep.

HOW IT WORKS
- Create a schedule — pick the days, times, and what you'd rather be doing
- When a lock window starts, your screen shows a full-screen focus prompt instead of your apps
- Need out urgently? An emergency unlock is always available, with reasonable limits so it stays a real safety valve, not a loophole
- Get an optional heads-up a few minutes before a lock begins, so you're never caught off guard

Do Something Real isn't about shame or lecturing you about screen time. It's a simple tool: you decide when you want a break from your phone, and the app holds that boundary for you.

PERMISSIONS, HONESTLY EXPLAINED
To reliably keep the lock screen in place, the app uses Android's Accessibility Service to detect when you try to leave an active lock screen (for example, pressing Home). This is used only to bring the lock screen back into view — the app does not read your screen content, other apps' data, or your keystrokes.

FREE TO USE
Core scheduling and locking features are free. An optional in-app purchase or a short rewarded ad is available if you'd like extra emergency unlocks.
