Binomy

About this app

Binomy helps students in Tunisia find a place to live — without the headaches.

Browse real listings, see exactly how far each one is from your campus, talk to
the landlord in the app, and send a rental request in a few taps. No agencies,
no endless phone calls.

FIND A PLACE
• Browse rooms, studios and whole apartments with photos and the real monthly rent in TND
• Listings from your own university come first, so the closest options are at the top
• See each place on the map, with the approximate location shown until you agree to a visit
• Swipe through listings like a deck, or read them as a list — whichever you prefer
• Look around without an account; sign in only when you want to save or message

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
• Who already lives there: how many spots are taken, how many are free, and whether it is a girls' or boys' place
• Furnishing, deposit, floor, S+1 / S+2 / S+3 layout and the age range the landlord is looking for
• Amenities that actually matter: Wi-Fi, kitchen, air conditioning, central heating, mains gas, washing machine, balcony, terrace, parking, TV
• Some landlords offer an online visit, so you can see the place before you travel

SEARCH THE WAY YOU THINK
• Filter by city, price, property type, amenities and free spots
• Quick chips for university, city, max price and type, right above the feed
• Save a search and get a notification the moment a new listing matches it
• Keep the places you like in Favorites

TALK AND BOOK
• Message landlords directly in the app, with read receipts and reactions
• Send a rental request and follow it from pending to approved in one place
• Report anything that looks wrong; blocked accounts disappear from your feed

FOR LANDLORDS
• Publish a listing with photos in a few minutes and pin it on the map
• Keep track of who has asked for the place and answer from the same app
• Update occupancy as spots fill, pause a listing, or confirm it is still available

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Binomy is fully available in English, French and Arabic, with proper
right-to-left layout throughout.
