Attendance Pro is a workforce attendance app for employees of organizations that use the Attendance Pro platform. Sign in with your company account to check in and check out, manage leave, view your attendance history, and stay on top of workday reminders.
OFFICE ATTENDANCE
• Check in and check out at your assigned office location
• Location is used to confirm you are at the workplace
• Optional face verification for secure attendance
• Check-in and check-out reminders
FIELD ATTENDANCE
• Check in for field work with selfie, work details, and work photos
• GPS route recording during an active field session only (after you start field check-in and give consent)
• Visible notification while field location tracking is active
• Tracking stops when you check out or when your session ends
• Field attendance approval workflow for managers
LEAVE & ATTENDANCE
• Apply for leave and track request status
• View weekly and monthly attendance summaries
• Request attendance corrections when needed
FOR MANAGERS & SUPERVISORS
• Review field attendance approvals
• View team attendance and location tracking reports (based on your role)
• Proxy attendance for eligible employees (where permitted)
SECURITY & CONVENIENCE
• PIN and biometric app lock
• Push notifications for attendance updates and reminders
• Offline support — field location points can queue and sync when you are back online
GAMIFICATION
• Track streaks, achievements, and leaderboard progress (where enabled by your organization)
