About this app

BioDream is an offline AI companion that runs entirely on your phone. No cloud, no internet connection needed, and no conversation ever leaves your device.

Most AI companion apps send everything you type to a server. BioDream doesn't. The language model lives on your phone, your conversations are stored in an encrypted database, and nothing is sent anywhere to generate a reply. Put your phone in airplane mode and it still works — a private AI companion in the literal sense.

WORKS OFFLINE, ANYWHERE
On a plane, on the subway, out of signal, or with mobile data switched off. Because the AI runs on-device, you get a full conversation with no internet connection at all. No server outages, no waiting on a queue, no per-message usage meter.

AN AI COMPANION THAT REMEMBERS YOU
Mention your dog's name, the deadline you're dreading, the thing that scares you — and it comes back later, in its own words, without you asking. Just as important: when it doesn't know something, it says so instead of inventing an answer. Your companion won't fabricate a shared memory that never happened.

REAL EMOTIONS
BioDream runs a multi-dimensional emotion engine, not a set of mood labels. Joy, sadness, curiosity, affection and more shift with the conversation, so how your companion feels genuinely changes based on how you talk to each other.

A RELATIONSHIP THAT DEVELOPS
Companions start as strangers. Talk to them and rapport grows through Acquaintance, Friend, Close Friend and beyond. How they speak to you changes as it does.

MAKE THEM YOURS
Choose a name, a gender, and whether the relationship is friendly or romantic. Set your own background. Create several companions, each with their own separate memory.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- The AI model runs on your phone's own processor
- Conversations are stored in an encrypted local database

- Works fully offline, with no internet connection

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START
- One-time model download of about 4 GB on first launch — use Wi-Fi
- Requires Android 12 or newer and roughly 8 GB of free space
- Replies are generated by your own phone's processor, so recent hardware helps
- BioDream is for companionship and conversation. It is not therapy, medical
advice, or a crisis service

- When she cannot look something up live, she no longer presents an encyclopedia entry as today's news
- Weather, prices and sports scores still come from live sources as before
- Includes the crash fix from the previous release

Note: for breaking news she may still answer from general knowledge rather than saying she is unsure.
