I am glad this app has been developed by the IT and not by doctors of Artemis. Because it doesn't work. The IT dept has taken a perfectly good and working app and in the name of an update they have rolled out this abomination that is still under development. I cannot imagine an IT dept so clueless that they do not know about the basics of product development and the value of testing before rolling it to production. I can only hope that my medical history is available in some system.

Absolutely disgusted by the setup after logging in today. Here's some key reasons: I had my family members registered in my account and now, GONE! || I somehow found the GNID of SOME of my family members and yet, there's no integration and transition plan in place between the old and the new system. || No option to feedback to the team or the hospital chain's vendor (whatever), where am I supposed to report all of this? || Creating 15 problems just to solve one isn't why solutions are migrated!

since the update, from earlier legacy app to the current app, whole functionality has gone for a toss ...old records are not visible, new records are not updated .....Best part even the doctors are struggling with this ...when they try to refer to an earlier reports ....
