BioSync IQ helps patients stay connected with their healthcare provider by making it simple to share information about their day-to-day health and well-being.
The app is available only to patients who have been invited or enrolled by a participating healthcare provider. Patients can use BioSync IQ to complete check-ins with their care teams to review.
