Ratings and reviews

The app is inconsistently working, somedays it will open but show "No Connection" or it will just crash repeatedly upon trying to open, just read all the other reviews that state the same... You know what works every time... A simple handshake and using your words to just say "Thank you" for doing a great job... There are some things that technology just can't, and shouldn't replace! Uninstalling also works every time! Bye Bye!
