Bipi is a bubble level, spirit level and angle finder that guides you by sound. Follow the beeps to 0.0° and level shelves, pictures and furniture without looking at the screen.

OUR STORY
Bipi started with a shelf.
I wanted to put up a shelf at home and, being on my own, I downloaded a bubble level app. But there were ads everywhere.
Then I discovered a bigger problem. While holding the phone under the shelf, I couldn't see the screen. I was trying to level something with a tool I couldn't actually look at.
So I thought: what if it could talk to me?
I imagined a sound that changed as I moved closer to level, almost like a radar. Then stereo sound made it even easier to understand exactly where I was.
That became Bipi.
A bubble level designed to be heard, not just seen.

HOW IT WORKS
Bipi beeps slowly when you are far from level and faster as you get closer. At 0.0° the beeps turn into one steady tone, so you know you are level without looking.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Level surfaces by sound, without looking at the screen
• Measure the X axis, the Y axis or both at the same time
• Choose a sound guide: Metal Detector, Radar Lock or Stereo
• Hear the direction of the tilt in your left or right ear with Stereo sound
• Hold a reading and set a target angle
• Calibrate on any surface and use it as your new zero
• Keep the screen on with Work Mode
• Turn on the flashlight in dark corners
• Switch to the dark theme

• Bipi uses your phone's motion sensors. Accuracy depends on your device.
• For more accurate results, calibrate Bipi on a surface you know is level.
• A thick case or a camera bump can tilt the phone. Calibrate with the case you use.
• Bipi is a handy everyday tool. For critical construction work, also check with a professional level.

PRIVACY
Bipi uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage and fix crashes. Bipi does not need an account. Your settings and calibration are saved only on your device.
