I was not able to send new review request for 24 hours. the Birdeye format has changed and it updated without the ability to send reviews to new customers. As a guest on this app, Customer service notated that I would have to have it fixed/update by my direct admin. I have done so. and birdeye is working great again ! 24 hour update hurt , but birdeye is great all around for our company. 1 star .....back to 5 stars

We sincerely apologize for the trouble! We found that your user role is currently assigned as Custom Guest, which does not include permission to raise Review Requests. Hello I am a small American made company struggling to get our feet off the ground well this company explained to me if it didn't work out they would refund back to my account well they got me 310.00+276.00 and I canceled 24 days in and all I get is sorry and No stay away from this 3rdworld market company and I'm just calling it like I see it .Ok they kept their word they have refunded the money as they said they would and further more I have terminated subscription and know im getting calls?
