I've read quite a few reviews some good some had problem I'm out of the country so I'll see how this works for me.Phone rep's are a pleasure to talk with all very helpful.

This app just hangs when I try to use it. It's really frustrating. I would really like to be able to get refills without so much hassle. As an app, it's a complete failure.

So far I haven't had any problems Talking to the receptionists they are very nice on the telephone The last company they had I had issues with I had hair and a stick pin in my medicine Please keep up with the good work

Thank you for using the Birdi app! We regularly release updates to provide you with a best-in-class experience. This version includes an opt in confirmation messaging if you choose SMS for any contact preference. We also added support for HEIC file types and increased support to handle up to 10MB when you upload an image or attachment during transfer or when you send us a message.
