app was fine before but now I cant even log in. I get stuck in a loop where I add my login info, hit sign in, it asks if I want to use biometrics, and no matter the option I pick it sends me back to sign in and then glitches out, either doing nothing when I hit 'sign in' or re-looping the "do you want to use biometrics" question again. currently a useless app. cant even login online as it tells me to use the app when I try and gives no option to decline using the app.

Ridiculously slow (even slower than the website!). Takes forever to being up the list of Rxs, then when you pick one to add one to your cart (1 at a time, also slow) then you have to wait for your list of Rxs to slowly load again. It should let you check (boxes) all the meds you want to add to your cart then click an ADD TO CART button.

App is simple and laid out well enough. It's buggy though, randomly becoming unresponsive and needing to be killed and restarted. I'm new to Birdi so we'll see how it goes. Can their service be worse than CVS?

What’s new

Thank you for using the Birdi app! We are always adding new features and improving the app for our patients. In this release, we have updated the Medicine Cabinet to display Specialty Prescriptions.

We have also included bug fixes and minor UI enhancements.
