About this app

Bird Data - Mexico is a field guide for the birds of Mexico. It has taxonomic, range, subspecies, and other information for 1051 species of birds found in Mexico, a country with more species of birds ithan the US and Canada combined. Included are Mexico-centered range maps for all species. Directly downloadable into the application are around 1200 photos of around 1020 species, and around 1400 bird songs and bird calls.

Also included is a map feature that ties into the eBird Hot Spot and sighting database. See where your target species have been seen recently, or explore sightings at nearby locations.

The latest release has a sound recorder for recording bird calls and field notes.

The application is free, but a donation is appreciated.
