About this game

One slide moves your whole army. Tindrift is a tactics roguelike built on slide-merge combat: same-class, same-rank soldiers slam together into a higher rank, every shadow acts by rule, and nothing is left to a roll — no dice, ever.

100 floors across five acts, plus an Endless Drift, a Daily Seed and 1v1 duels. The campaign plays offline.

NO DICE, NO LUCK TO BLAME
Shadows telegraph the move they are about to make, gates cycle on a visible clock, and pits and hazards sit where you can plan around them. There is no unlucky death in Tindrift: when a run ends you can name the exact move that ended it, and when you win, you out-thought the board. Every floor is a small, solvable puzzle, and the answer is already in front of you.

TURN-BASED, NOT A REFLEX TEST
Nothing on the tray moves until you swipe, so this is a strategy game you can play one move at a time — a single floor in a queue, or an hour of tactics on the sofa. Six soldier classes merge only with their own kind, so the squad you build is a trade between coverage and raw power: tank into the crowd, marksman down the long lane, medic in the middle.

VARIETY UNLOCKS, POWER DOES NOT
The cog workshop opens new tools, new openings and new ways to read a floor — it never sells raw stats. A first-hour squad and a hundredth-hour squad face the same math, so a win means you out-planned the board, not that you out-spent it. Loadouts, blueprints and tools stay behind cog for every player, and the per-run limits are the same for everyone: one continue, two rerolls, three undos.

WHAT IS IN THE GAME
• A 5-act campaign across 100 floors — 20 floors per act, each act holding 3 mini-boss fights and one signature act boss
• The Sunken Tray, The Rusthold, The Shivering Span, The Frostlight, The Surface — five acts, one climb, and it ends in daylight
• 6 soldier classes: vanguard, tank, medic, marksman, poisoner, support
• 46 synergy blueprints (15 common, 23 uncommon, 8 rare) — pierce a whole lane, detonate poison chains, strip terrain for scrap, or take a drawback in exchange for reach
• 24 shadow archetypes, 5 mini-bosses and 5 act bosses among them, each with a rule you have to read before you can answer it
• 8 terrain types — sealed exits, timed gates, pits, fog and mazes mean the map fights back as hard as the shadows do
• 7 kinds of tactic across 8 placeable tools, plus a TINKER STATION between floors to heal, promote, recruit and re-arm
• An 18-node cog tree worth 2,335 cog — 8 nodes of side-grades and 10 cosmetics
• 22 achievements, and 3 daily quests drawn from 7 types
• Endless Drift, plus a Daily Seed with streaks and a result you can share — the same board for every player that day, built on your device
• 1v1 duels, same seed and separate boards: three bot difficulties offline, or trade a 6-character code with a friend, send sabotage between floors and replay their round
• Four languages: English, Turkish, German and Spanish
• Screen reader support — TalkBack reads the board and re-announces it after every move, and hazards are named instead of signalled by colour alone

ADS, PLAINLY
The whole 100-floor campaign is free. Rewarded videos are always your choice: five spots, all opt-in. Full-screen breaks land on floor transitions and after a run, at most one every two minutes, never mid-move and never on the way into a boss or mini-boss floor. A new player's first floors carry none at all, and a match never carries one.

TINDRIFT PREMIUM is one purchase, no subscription: it removes every ad, lets you host your own duel rooms, and unlocks the 10 cosmetics the workshop sells — 8 soldier finishes and 2 tray themes. Joining someone else's room is always free. TINDRIFT SUPPORTER is Premium plus two soldier finishes and a tray theme that are not for sale anywhere else in the game. Neither sells power.

Slide. Merge. Climb.
One slide moves the whole army. Turn-based tactics, no dice, 100 floors.

What’s new

• Full-screen breaks now follow a two-minute clock instead of a fixed floor count, so they land at real stopping points.
• The tray no longer takes a swipe while a break is opening: your move is never spent into an ad.
• A new player's first floors stay free of full-screen breaks.
• Screen reader: tutorial steps are announced, and hazards are named instead of signalled by colour.
• Hosting a duel room is Premium again — joining a room and keeping a streak stay free.
