App is GARBAGE! You can't just lookup the general menu. No No. You have to pick a city, drive-thru/inside, time of day ...JUST SO YOU CAN SEE A MENU. On top of that, it won't even let you select your store. You have to select the default Greensboro store. Whoever thr head marketing moron is at BV, someone should ask them: in what world does it make sense to require customer to pinpoint their reservation details BEFORE they can even peruse the menu? Problems you don't have at Hardee's & McDs apps

It took forever for Biscuitville to roll out their app so I was excited to see it finally get released. While the app seems pretty good, I am extremely disappointed to see that you have to park and play Frogger across the drive-thru lanes to go inside to get your order. Please follow the well known chicken place and utilize one lane of the double drive-thru for mobile orders.

They finally got an app, and the experience was kinda mediocre. I know it's still new to the app store and to all, if not most, Biscuitville locations, but my experience was bad. I didn't know if drive-thru could accept it, but they don't. You have to go in. I waited about 40 minutes for my order. I know it was busy, but still. Also, they forgot two of my items I ordered, one I managed to get, the other I thought was in the bag. Please try to improve on this. Thank you.
