I love ordering via apps vs taking up time ordering while in line. Unfortunately, I think this was rolled out to the stores without adequate training. Three times I have tried to use the app, it has been a nightmare picking up. I will continue to eat Biscuitville but be wary of the app, it makes getting your food almost impossible.

They finally got an app, and the experience was kinda mediocre. I know it's still new to the app store and to all, if not most, Biscuitville locations, but my experience was bad. I didn't know if drive-thru could accept it, but they don't. You have to go in. I waited about 40 minutes for my order. I know it was busy, but still. Also, they forgot two of my items I ordered, one I managed to get, the other I thought was in the bag. Please try to improve on this. Thank you.
