This app completely defeats the purpose. A great concept, but it feels abandoned & incomplete; It desperately needs an overhaul. Since tracking is broken, they should use crowd-sourced data. Let riders tap their bus number when they board so passengers can contribute. At least provide a basic schedule so we have some information. Honestly, they should take the app down until it actually works. It is just wasted space and a total waste of time. I lost an hour. Go to C everyone, it's frequent.

Refresh times are too slow and last position updated times on individual buses are not accurate. The time will update without updating the position of the bus. Pretty much a useless app if you want to know the real time position of the busses.
