About this app

Bistify is a portfolio tracking application developed for investors in the Istanbul Stock Exchange (BIST). It brings together your stocks, mutual funds, US stock market, foreign exchange, gold, cryptocurrencies, and individual retirement savings in one place; making your total assets, daily changes, and real-time performance understandable. Daily portfolio tracking is done from a single screen.

**DON'T ENTER YOUR HISTORY MANUALLY**

The most tedious part of starting portfolio tracking is manually writing down years of transactions. With Bistify, you upload your file, transactions are read, shown in a preview, and added to your portfolio after your approval.

- Midas account statement: Upload your PDF statement. You can select BIST and US statements separately and combine them chronologically in a single preview. - Excel template: Fill in the ready-made template. Stock, fund, gold, cryptocurrency, and foreign exchange transactions are supported. - Takasbank report for BES (Private Retirement Account): Upload your account-transaction CSV file; fund purchases and sales, contribution entries, and government contributions are recognized separately.

No entries are added to your portfolio without approval. Unreadable lines are marked in the preview and excluded.

ALL YOUR ASSETS ON ONE SCREEN

Stocks, mutual funds, currencies, gold, crypto, and cash appear in the same list. You see the weight of each group within the portfolio, your total assets, and daily changes at a glance. You can create a separate portfolio for your individual retirement savings; your retirement funds are tracked on their own screen, in the same order. You can create multiple portfolios and quickly switch between them, tracking them all separately.

PERFORMANCE TRACKING

Total change alone tells little. Bistify breaks down the period into segments: how much contributed each month, how much came from new money inflows, and how much from value changes. You can examine the same year both in a single graph and month by month. Return tracking is done on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis; contribution details are seen on an asset basis.

WHERE DO YOU STAND AGAINST INFLATION?

Nominal return can be misleading. Bistify plots your portfolio against inflation (CPI), allowing you to see your real return. You can also reference the BIST 100, US indices, gold (per ounce), and Bitcoin on the same chart, comparing them in TL and USD terms.

RISK METRICS

The degree of volatility in achieving returns is also important. Sharpe ratio, volatility, maximum decline, and beta relative to the BIST 100 are calculated for your portfolio and updated according to your chosen period. This is historical performance behavior and not investment advice.

DIVIDEND AND BONUS ISSUES ASSISTANTS

These are two areas where most mistakes are made in portfolio tracking. When a stock in your portfolio distributes a dividend or issues a bonus issue, Bistify detects this and presents the calculated amount for your approval: the net dividend amount after withholding tax for dividends, the new lot size for bonus issues, and the adjusted unit cost. You simply approve it.

ACCURATE COST CALCULATION

If you bought the same stock at different prices on different dates, your actual profit when you sell will vary depending on which lot you closed. Bistify automatically performs this matching with the FIFO (First In, First Out) method for each sale; you don't have to track lot by lot.

PORTFOLIO TIME MACHINE AND SIMULATION

You can select a past date and see what happened to your portfolio on that day, your distribution, and your total value. In simulation mode, you can see the possible impact of different price scenarios in advance.

EASE OF USE

You can hide your balance with a single touch and link the application to your device's biometric lock. You can track your portfolio without straining your eyes with the dark theme and export your transaction history as Excel.

Bistify is not a brokerage firm, bank, investment advisor, or trading platform. Orders are not transmitted, trading is not done, and investment advice is not given through the application. You will not be asked for your IBAN, credit card information, or brokerage password. You can permanently delete your account and data at any time.
