Instabuild — Construction Materials, Transport & Equipment, On Demand

Instabuild is the all-in-one app for getting your construction job site what it needs — materials, hauling, and equipment — without juggling multiple vendors, phone calls, or paperwork. Order what you need, track it in real time, and pay your way, all from your phone.

🧱 Order Materials, Delivered
Browse a catalog of construction materials — sand, aggregate, cement, and more — sourced from our network of trusted, vetted vendors. Select your material, enter your quantity, and choose a delivery slot that fits your schedule. We take care of sourcing the material and arranging its transport to your site. Your estimated total is calculated upfront, and your final bill is settled against the quantity actually delivered — no surprises, no overpaying for a load that came in short.

🚛 Book Transport, On Its Own
Already sourced your material elsewhere? Instabuild also offers standalone hauling and transportation services — get your materials moved from point A to point B, priced by distance, duration, or an agreed haul rate. No need to buy through us to use our transport network.

🏗️ Rent Equipment & Trucks
Need machinery or trucks on-site for the job? Rent construction equipment and trucks by the day, hour, or trip, with transparent, upfront pricing so you always know what you're paying for before you commit.

📍 Track Every Step
Once your order is placed, follow it from dispatch to delivery. See your job and trip status update in real time, know when a driver has been assigned, when they're en route, and when they've arrived at your site. No more guessing when your delivery will show up.

💳 Flexible, Transparent Payment
Pay online at the time of booking, or choose to pay on delivery — whichever works better for your cash flow. For material orders, pricing is settled trip-by-trip against what's actually delivered, and any difference between what you paid and the final amount is automatically reconciled. Every payment, invoice, and order is recorded and available to review anytime.

🔔 Stay in the Loop
Get real-time notifications for every important update — order confirmations, dispatch alerts, driver arrival, and payment reminders — so you're never left wondering about the status of your job.

👤 Manage Your Account
Keep your organization details, delivery sites, and contact information organized in one place. View your complete order and payment history whenever you need it, and manage your profile with ease.

Why Instabuild?
Construction logistics shouldn't mean chasing down suppliers, haulers, and equipment rental companies separately. Instabuild brings material sourcing, transportation, and equipment rental together in a single, reliable platform — built for contractors, builders, and site managers who need things done right and on time.

Download Instabuild today and get your next order moving.
