Actually there is no hassle setting up the app and registering/signing up But the problem comes when someone wants to do identity verification, I've been trying since days to verify and start using the app but it always stop processing when i took pictures of my ID Hope this gets resolved

I just realised I've made mistake downloading this app. I saw people's review yet I went ahead to give it a try only to be disappointed by the endless KYC failed issue. Several users have complained about it yet nothing was done to rectify the issue. They keep directing users to read news about their KYC, the same news we followed it's step-by-step guide provided there, yet KYC keep failing. Guys, don't waste your data trying to download it. I already mailed support, no response and no fix.

What's so complicated about verifying a user during the KYC process? It takes a whole lifetime and when you finally think you're through the system tells you that you're unverified without a proper reason. Regardless of owning a well documented government issued ID card or a driving license.
