I uninstalled and installed the app and I lost all my subscription diamonds. Very pathetic customer service. Do not recommend at all. They are not Even handing over my old account back even when I have shown them my subscription details and payment information.

It's been many years I have been using this app but now I'll uninstallING chamet chillchat application and stopped using this application because its customer support services not solving my problem while I'll give authority to banned and delete all my accounts if I'll use any other account but they are not solving my main account task withdrawal download rewards dissappear bugs problems issues. Bad customer service services. Bye my 7 years old precious I'd.! Goodbye #badcustomersupport services

I logged out of my I'd and can't join through the same id. Where as I am having coins in the id. Now that is a loss. Not a well managed app.. There are far better similar apps available. Also online purchase is very expensive and in offline purchase there is full of scammers who take the money and block you.
