Bite&Go Delivery Driver is the work app for registered Bite&Go delivery drivers in San Luis Potosí. It's not an app for ordering food: only people who have already registered as delivery drivers and whose registration has been approved by the Bite&Go team can use it.
HOW IT WORKS
Connect with the GO button when you're ready to work. From that moment on, you'll receive order offers with everything you need to decide before accepting: how much you earn per delivery, how much you pay the restaurant, how much you charge the customer, and the delivery distance. Each offer has a time limit; if it's not convenient, you decline it and move on.
When you accept, the app guides you step by step: picking up at the restaurant and delivering to the customer. At each point, you have the complete address, one-tap navigation, and a way to communicate with the restaurant or the customer without giving out your personal phone number. The "Picked up order" and "Delivered order" buttons are enabled only when you're actually at the location, so the customer sees the correct status.
When you finish, the order is added to your trip history with a breakdown of what you paid, what you earned, and what you earned.

• Audible alerts for offers, so you don't miss an order even if you have your phone in your bag.
• Trip and earnings history.
• In-app chat with support and the restaurant.
• Registration from your phone: documents, selfie, and contract signature.
BACKGROUND LOCATION TRACKING
While you're online, the app uses your location in the background to show you nearby orders and to let the restaurant and the customer know their order is on its way. Location data is only shared while you're online and an order is in progress; it stops being shared when you disconnect. The app explains it all and asks for your permission before you start.
HOW TO BECOME A DELIVERY DRIVER
If you're not yet a Bite&Go delivery driver, you can register directly through the app. The team reviews your application and will notify you by email when it's approved. Until then, the app won't assign orders.
