Hi everyone. I am having the same issue. App is frozen. I have sent an email to customer service on Friday 23-02-24, but haven't heard anything about it yet. If someone else could help. Please. Update: I've been reaching online and is not looking good. Looks like this exchange is under.

It's hell. I registered yesterday on this BitForex Exchange and bought some cryptocurrency that same yesterday. Up to now, my cryptocurrency has not been credited to my account. I have written up to four mails with them, still I have not seen my Asset wallet credited and the order I made can not be cancelled because it has been moved out of Open Order. This is the dilemma I am in right now. I have not experienced this with any Exchange before. I'm heartbroken. They don't deserve even 1 Star.

Giving it a 2 as of now. They've had fantastic customer service in the past, conformed to US regulations and implemented KYC. Now you can't access the app or website, they just vanished without a word. They also deleted a channel from their discord. WHAT IS GOING ON???
