I have been traveling in this go tours and travels for almost for the past month on Saturdays and all four weeks they are being late by 2 for the pick up time ... I think they are not maintaing the standard of on time... This is very bad experience I hope they can rectify it as soon as possible otherwise it will loose it's popularity. The only reason at 7am or 8am they say why it was delayed is of traffic jam ... I am pretty damn sure that this is not the case of traffic jam. Thank you ☹️

My strong recommendation buddys dont use this travel, i had very bad experience, unfortunately i booked the tickets morning time instaed of evening and i requested them change the ticket evening/night buses but straight away they said they won't do it.I know many travel agents will change it but these people not do and not supporting customers at all. so away from these kind of travels..

Worst service i never seen.. I booked a ticket on this travels but unexpectedly they cancelled the ticket and send a mail like ur ticket had been cancelled. And information to mail also not good and they don't give the information about refund amount. Totally dis satisfied. And even one star rating also waste.
