This is most pathetic travel services i have ever seen. I had booked 2 seats and the bus got cancelled due to late departure since it was being repaired at departure location. When I checked with local srs office they told money will get refunded after 24 hours. But it's already 2 days over, still i didn't get my refund money. Tried to contact helpline and this also not responding. Never ever gonna book again with this service travels. Only money minded business and least care of customers.

Worst service particularly 11pm schedule reaching destination mentioned as before 7am.but in between lots of loading and deloading in two stops. And reaching time is 8.30am...is this punctuality and caring passengers.. If have such order. You can go for separate logistics van.. Why are you clubbing both and troubling passengers though we are paying huge amount for travel..

They are not adhered to time , seats are not so clean, and this application is of no use , recently i observed that in this application they will block all the seats and if you check in any other booking site it will be available, then what's the point in having an seperate application ! worst experience all the time
