• Sending and receiving funds between Bitlira users

• Cash withdrawals via bank accounts or licensed providers within Syria (subject to availability)

• Payments to merchants using QR codes and digital point-of-sale (POS) devices

• Clear and transparent access to transaction history and confirmations
