Well, I wasted 1 hour trying to verify my ID and each time I got the error " ID verification failed, your documents cannot be recognized". Each time, I will successfully upload the front and back of my ID card and successfully take a selfie, but each time it failed. I give it 1 star became it is really frustrating. I send a email to their support and if they managed to resolve the issue, i might leave a good review.

I would like some help please my app won't work but I can log in on Google. I'm not sure if this will affect my payment from other apps. kindly assist and let me know. cause when I scan barcode it doesn't work either.
Hello! Are you scanning the QR code on https://you.yoursafe.com/link-app? The login QR code will not work to link your device. You should log in with you email and password instead :)

tried to take a picture of my passport but the app has too narrow outlines, even with the autocapture off, it wont accept my picture. i wasted 30 minutes of my life. but maybe this is a good thing, reading all those 1 star reviews. go fix the basics before offering financial services, you amateur hacks. uninstall.
