Their transfer fees are outrageous you either have to get a card that cost $30 a year which they will take out immediately and without telling you, it's in the fine print but they don't make it clear that it's going to be charged all at once and right away. The only other option to get paid is a $5 transfer every single time. The customer service is non-existent the app is a joke. You have to use the browser for most things. Avoid at all costs.

I have been trying to do identity verification for over a month now but yousafe Bank app doesn't accept the verification....they always me to redo it again.....more than 10 times,,,, the app will accept and still later asking to verify again.... yousafe customer service not responding on this....I contacted the customer service in the app,,,not responding I also contacted the customer service through WhatsApp and they're not responding as well....I think yousafe need to upgrade their system.

it is impossible to get to your money do nt use this app. it has been WEEKS im still waiting ona direct deposit from them and u cant just get a debit card feom them you ahve to pay 20 bucks and theres no virtual card so good luck if they actually aend it.horrible bank type app. down right criminal honestly no one can tell me where my money is, when ill get it etc
