had to use this app to get money and Im not only gonna be stopping that job but its been 10 days since I started a transfer I've sent 5 emails and called twice with no response. do not use this app its absolutely ridiculous and they don't help and quite frankly at this point I think they took the money I needed. Absolutely do not use them save yourself the headache

they are scammers and you shouldnt work with them. after verifying my id and everything I used them to receive money from textingfactory. I cannot withdraw my money it's keep saying outgoing transfer not allowed for this account. I have sent these scammers over 20 messages with no reply they collected my money and didn't allow me to withdraw they are scammers

Very straightforward. The app is for verification, login and viewing account info. Tranfers are done in the web portal. The basic service is good. No issues with sending or receiving funds, the card or doing online payments. Support is piss poor. If your account is locked for some reason (which they won't disclose), support refuses to help or tell you why, they just close your account. You can only file a complaint using the complaints procedure. Even then it might not help. You've been warned!
