About this app

BITU is an IPTV player for Android TV, phone and tablet. Add your own Xtream Codes login or M3U / M3U8 playlist URL and BITU turns it into a fast, clean app to browse and play. It ships empty and contains no channels — you bring the playlist.

WHY PEOPLE SWITCH TO BITU

■ Ready in seconds, not minutes. A 300,000-item playlist syncs in about 20 seconds, with live progress and a logged history. Nothing fails silently.

■ The end of fake "4K". BITU checks the real decoded resolution of what you play and badges it, so you can choose with facts instead of labels.

■ Your one connection, respected. Most IPTV lines allow a single stream at a time. BITU's background sync and status checks stand down the moment you press play, so your stream always gets the line.

■ Playback that heals itself. If a live stream degrades, BITU re-tunes on a fresh connection before you reach for the remote.

■ One search for everything. Search your whole playlist at once, with suggestions drawn from your own library as you type.

■ Built for the remote. A D-pad-first Android TV interface plus voice search — say a channel name instead of pecking at an on-screen keyboard.

■ Safe for the living room. Adult categories hidden by default, PIN-locked categories and separate profiles for the family.

■ Private by design. BITU collects no data at all. Your playlist and logins stay on your device and are sent only to the server address you enter.

WHAT IT SUPPORTS

• Xtream Codes API (server URL, username, password)
• M3U and M3U8 playlist links
• Live, VOD and series playlist entries, with seasons and episodes
• EPG / TV guide where your provider supplies one
• Catch-up and pause live TV where your service supports archive
• Favourites, continue watching and channel reachability dots
• Audio track and subtitle memory across episodes
• External player support and picture-in-picture
• Android TV, Google TV, Android phones and tablets

HOW TO START

1. Install BITU and open it.
2. Choose Xtream Codes and enter your server URL, username and password — or choose M3U and paste your playlist link.
3. Wait for the first sync (about 20 seconds on a large playlist).
4. Press play.

You need an active playlist from an IPTV provider you already pay for. BITU does not sell, supply or include one.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
