I really love this app. The new update feels so much smoother and faster now! Earlier, it was super laggy and used to freeze every single time it synced, which made using it frustrating. But now, downloads finish quickly, and overall performance is stable. There’s still a small pause during syncing, but it’s much shorter than before. I’ve used it on my laptop and my phone, and honestly, it works great on both now. This update is pure fire — amazing improvement!

I'm fed up with this game! I'm stuck at 268 out of 270 for withdrawal. Clearing levels doesn't work, it says invalid. Daily sign-in is a joke - I sign in for days for 1 blue key to open 1 of 36 safes. It's a never-ending cycle! When I complete the map, it says there's nothing. I've written to customer service months ago, 3 times, and still NO REPLY. I have no idea if this game is designed to keep users playing or if I'll get paid out. Super frustrating.

"Initially, I had a positive experience with this game as the rewards were generous. Unfortunately, as I approached the minimum withdrawal amount, the specific rewards required to cash out suddenly became unavailable. This has left me with a small remaining balance and I find it excessively difficult to defeat the boss for further progress. Furthermore, the time it takes to gain extra energy by watching ads is too long. Due to these issues, I am currently rating the app with one star.
