I transferred money (#2,700) into my Bizapp account by around 13:04:48 today Feb 18, 2024:from OPay. The cash has failed to reflect in my BizApp account. I tried transferring a little more in and it worked but, this transfer has still not been credited to my account. I tried calling your helplines and sending WhatsApp messages but, there's been no response anywhere. Please assist

At first I find it good until now I started getting bad experiences in times of transaction, ( I lost 4gb Airtel data ) i take that as excuse and now I transferred 10gb data since yesterday morning it's wasn't drop neither refund, I contacted your customer care he asked for the receipt I sent it, uptill now no response I have been calling him, he ignore my calls, is that how you want me to referral my friends. ???

Frankly speaking the app is good not until recently, if I transfer data it will be deducted from my wallet nd nt reflect on my phone number... This unlawful occurance kept on repeating it self which has cost me to lose several money...
