NICE-I is an application developed by Korea Electronic Financial Services for a convenient and smart lifestyle.
✳️ If the screen freezes after an update, please follow the steps below to resume use.
1. Press and hold the NICE-I app, then click the 'i' icon in the top right corner to access App Info.
2. Access Storage and click 'Delete Data' in the bottom left corner.
3. Launch the app and log in again.
As long as you possess a smartphone with NICE-I installed, you can enter common entrances, including apartments, without entering a password or using a card key. Additionally, homeowners can check the entry history of their household members and receive notifications.
(Available only in NICE-I certified complexes)
You can also manage complex announcements and civil complaints through the NICE-I application.
Combining Korea Electronic Financial Services' know-how with IT technology, NICE-I is preparing various additional services, so we ask for your continued interest.
※ Key Features
- Main Entrance Access: If you reside in a NICE-certified complex, you can enter and exit the main entrance.
- Elevator Calling: You can automatically call the elevator simultaneously with entering the main entrance. (Subject to change depending on the complex environment)
- Complex Notice Management: You can check complex notices through the NICE-i application.
- Parking Management: You can view the entry/exit of household vehicles, register and view visitor vehicles, and receive vehicle entry/exit notifications. (However, this applies only when using the NICE Park parking system)
- Complaint Management: You can handle complaints and inquiries within the complex through the NICE application.

- The NICE-i application is only available on smartphones with "Android/iOS version [specific] or higher / Bluetooth 4.0 or higher". Notice on Access Permissions for Sensitive Information
1) Location Access Permission - Location permission is required for the automatic building entrance access function to search for nearby BLE devices and communicate with the access device. If the user enables the automatic access function, location permission may be used to search for nearby building entrance BLE devices even when the app is closed or the screen is off.
2) Camera - You must allow camera access permission to use the feature that allows you to take and upload photos to submit inquiries when problems occur during app usage.
3) Storage - Access to storage is required to retrieve image files when registering an inquiry during app usage. No other information is stored.
4) Foreground Service - NICE AI communicates with registered building entrance devices via BLE to support residents' automatic entry into the building entrance. If the user enables the automatic access function, the BLE connection function is maintained with a foreground service notification displayed to recognize the access device and transmit entry signals, even when the app is closed or the screen is off. Users can disable the automatic access function in the app settings.
