The UDIgi app allows you to request technical support for your Bayer/Medrad devices. With a simple click, by scanning the unique code (QR, UDI, GS1 or other standard code) printed on the device you will directly access the information on the device. Alternatively you can access the list of devices present in your facility or directly enter the serial number.

To ensure efficient service from the Bayer team, you can also specify the precise location of the device within the facility, including the floor number and room.

The UDIgi app allows you to view the detailed history of technical assistance interventions provided by Bayer on your devices. This data can be useful for monitoring device performance, identifying recurring problems and optimally scheduling maintenance.
