About this app

WigzaGo is the orders app for businesses that sell through Wigza. It receives online orders the moment they come in and takes each one through to its end state, whether a driver delivers it or the customer collects it at the counter.

You need a Wigza business account to use it. Your stores, branches and staff come from your Bizzfo back office.

One app, three jobs
• Drivers: claim an order, collect it and deliver it, with directions in Google Maps
• Counter staff: take collect orders so customers skip the queue, and mark them ready and collected
• Kitchen and prep: a prep queue shows what to make next and moves each order along as it is prepared
• Pick and Pack: pick orders received and amend where needed


Choose the role once when you set up the device: driver, till, or both.

Live tracking for your customers
• Every order shares its status as it moves, so the customer always knows where it is
• On a delivery, the driver's location is shared live with the customer until the order is delivered

Always up to date
• New-order notifications, so nothing waits
• Order history, and the final state of every order
• Dine-in, collection and delivery orders in one list
