Bizz Sender is a subscription-based WhatsApp bulk messaging and automation platform available as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) for iOS and Android. It supports Hebrew (RTL) and English, and is designed for businesses of all sizes across three plans: Basic, Pro, and Platinum.

Device Management
Connect one or more WhatsApp accounts via QR code scanning (unofficial API) or the official WhatsApp Cloud API. Each device has its own settings: auto-add incoming contacts to a group, configure an incoming webhook URL, monitor connection status, and import existing WhatsApp chats as contacts.

Contacts & Groups
Full CRM contact database with name, phone, email, tags, group membership, and notes. Import contacts via CSV/Excel upload or paste a list of numbers. Export contacts to CSV. Bulk-verify which numbers are registered on WhatsApp. Organize contacts into groups used as campaign recipients.

Templates
Create reusable message templates supporting text, image, video, document, and audio. Templates support dynamic variables ({{name}}, {{phone}}, etc.) and up to 3 interactive buttons (Quick Reply or URL). Templates can be duplicated and are shared across all devices.

Campaigns
Send bulk messages to a contact group with configurable delay between messages (to simulate human behavior), scheduling, and variable substitution. Save campaigns as drafts. Monitor real-time progress: sent, delivered, read, and failed counts per recipient. Pause, resume, or stop campaigns at any time.

Single Send & Scheduled Messages
Send a one-off message to any number immediately or at a scheduled future time. A dedicated Scheduled Messages page lists all pending messages with edit and cancel options.

Chatbot (Auto-Replies)
Create keyword-triggered automatic replies with exact or fuzzy matching. Each rule has a customizable delay before responding and supports text or media responses. Rules can be individually enabled/disabled.

Flows (Interactive Menus)
Build multi-step branching conversation trees. Users navigate by replying with numbers. Each node can send text, images, or documents. Flows can be triggered by a keyword or set as the default reply handler.

Automations
Rule-based triggers that fire automatically when: a contact is added to a group, a tag is applied to a contact, or a new contact is created. Each automation sends a configured WhatsApp message from the selected device after an optional delay.

AI Bot
Autonomous AI-powered conversational agent with support for OpenAI GPT-4o, GPT-4o Mini, DeepSeek R1, and Google Gemini 2.5. Train the bot by providing website URLs (auto-crawled) or manual Q&A pairs. Two modes: Learning (silent observation) and Live (active responses). Human takeover: admins view active conversations and send messages directly, pausing the AI for that chat.

Funnels (CRM Pipeline)
Kanban-style sales pipeline boards with drag-and-drop cards. Includes industry templates (Real Estate, Legal, SaaS) or custom stages. Each card links to a contact and supports notes. Send a WhatsApp message to any contact directly from the funnel board.

WooCommerce & Shopify Integration
Connect a WooCommerce or Shopify store to view and manage orders, update product prices and stock, and browse customer lists — all from within Bizz Sender. Configure automatic WhatsApp notifications for each order status change (received, shipped, completed, cancelled), sent to the customer's phone with order variables.

Message Logs & Webhook Logs
Complete history of all sent messages with status (Queued, Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed). Filter by device, campaign, or status. View outgoing webhook delivery attempts with response codes and retry failed deliveries manually.

Subscription & Billing
View current plan, usage stats, and renewal date. Upgrade plans via PayPal or CardCom/Invoice4U (Israeli credit card gateway). Plan limits are enforced server-side.
