About this app

The “WildExperte” app from BJV is the first version of the consistent further development of BJVdigital, but with an additional, completely new approach. With this, all hunters, but from now on also all citizens, can report sightings of wild animals. We are following a citizen science concept. This means that scientific projects are carried out with the help of experts and amateurs.

The WildExperte was created by us to professionalize wildlife management and hunting according to today's requirements. As a recognized nature conservation association, the Bayerische Jagdverband e.V. and as a state-recognized representative of Bavarian hunters are more committed than ever to wildlife and species protection on a national and international level.

With your input and game observation you help to support our statute-compliant policy (statute of the Landesjagdverband Bayern - Bayerischer Jagdverband e.V., in particular § 3) on the basis of scientifically sound evaluations and space-time analyzes. We promote nature, landscape, environmental and animal protection as well as wild animals within the scope of hunting law.

The currently downloadable WildExperte app is also only our version 1.0. The next version with improvements is already in the works, so that the functions of the route list of BJVdigital (input of kills) will soon be taken over and integrated. The app will be consistently developed by BJV in the following months in 2022.
