okay so after some research I've learned that this app was designed specifically for iOS systems. Def not fully supported on Android systems

having the same problem I have to keep gojng into my apps then clearing cach and delte data then it works for a few then also says there's an update and won't update my friend has a iPhone and it worked fine it seems not to work with Android.

Your app is garbage. Crashes almost immediately after opening 9 out of 10 times. The 10th time it also crashes. Never once able to connect to my Happyrun g100 bike. Samsung 23Ultra runs everything except your app. When are you fixing it!?!?
