I had the app and was a long time subscriber but the skipping issue was it for me. I tried watching the replays on multiple different platforms and the same across the board. I would start watching a fight and the bell would ring, then it would literally just skip to the end of the round. Watch for another minute, and it would skip forward 3 minutes. Not worth the money. Wish I would have deleted my account a long time ago.

I love BKFC. I have no problems if I watch it live. Every time I try to watch replay or archive, it will play for 5 minutes or so, and then it's start buffering. I'll restart, then try again, and it would do the same. I play it on my Roku TV. I wished that it would play according. I have the app on both Roku TV and on my Samsung A13 5G phone, and it does the same on all. I'll like to say your customer service is very helpful and quickly responded to me, so we can get this resolved. Thank you.

Unfortunately, we have been unable to update our Roku app code because of issues on Roku's end. Until they fix those issues we're stuck. Often "buffering" on phones is caused by bandwidth issues, but if you would take time to let us know the title(s) of video(s) where you had this experience to rdean@bkfc.com - we can run tests to confirm.

Same problems here, I usually have no problem with the live feeds, I usually have to log out and log in again, sometimes 2 of 3 times but once started it runs good but forget about the replays. It freezes when loading at 33%, when it starts it will skip ahead 5 or 10 seconds, play for 10 seconds and freeze, then goes to the end of the match if lucky. Absolutely horrible app. Mine is also on Roku.

Thanks for that info. There are always 2 streams on the app. Some devices work better with the LIVE ONLY stream and others work better with the DVR style stream. If you have a device that prefers the Live only stream, that will not have buffering issues. As far as Roku goes, our issues have been fixed for the most part and viewers are able to watch
