I love BKFC. I have no problems if I watch it live. Every time I try to watch replay or archive, it will play for 5 minutes or so, and then it's start buffering. I'll restart, then try again, and it would do the same. I play it on my Roku TV. I wished that it would play according. I have the app on both Roku TV and on my Samsung A13 5G phone, and it does the same on all. I'll like to say your customer service is very helpful and quickly responded to me, so we can get this resolved. Thank you.

I'm a big fan of BKFC, but I've had a lot of streaming problems with the Roku app. It plays ok for me for the live events, but constantly buffers on the replays. I've contacted them several times about this but all they ever send me are general troubleshooting responses. Reading some of the other reviews, I see this problem exists for other people as well so it has nothing to do with my set up. Please get on this BKFC. We expect a functioning app if we're going to keep paying subscriptions.

New app is terrible. I can't cast to my TV. The fire stick and LG TV apps don't work. I have had to renew my subscription three times in the last six months and one time, i had two different subscription going and i was paying double the monthly price and still couldn't watch the fights on my tv! If I can only watch fights on my phone, I'll be canceling my subscription. My eyes are too old to watch on that little screen.
