PadaRingan-Pegawai is an application developed by the Tapin Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) to provide maximum service to all ASN within the Tapin Regency Government, as an initial step in implementing the Smart Governance concept in Tapin Regency.
The name PadaRingan stands for "On-Network Service", which is also the basis for developing the concept of staffing services at BKPSDM Tapin Regency by utilizing internet network facilities which are now so close to people's lives, and have even become a primary need for today's modern society.
The development of the Employee-PaDaRing application applies the 4 Basic Principles of a Good Application, namely: (1) Easy and Facilitating, (2) Integrated, (3) Anti-Duplication, and (4) Useful.
The features developed in PaDaRingan-Employee form a data management system and IT-based personnel services. In other words, the Tapin Regency BKPSDM is trying to build a new service atmosphere by utilizing IT-based information technology which is expected to (1) make it easier for users to access service information, (2) make it easier for officers to work on staffing services, (3) make it easier to manage and classify personnel data and services, and finally, (4) facilitating the search mechanism for personnel data archives.
The data and service features that are currently being developed in this PaDaRingan-Employee Application include:
- Structural Position Nomination
- WiFi and Location based Presence
- Periodic promotion and salary promotion services
- Study Assignment Services and Study Permits, and
- Other Personnel Information Systems.
