Me BKT Mobile shërbimet bankare për individë në Kosovë, tashmë ofrohen te shpejta dhe te sigurta kudo dhe kurdo në telefonin tënd inteligjent pa qenë nevoja të shkosh në degët e BKT-së dhe pa nevojën e një kompjuteri.
Sistemet e Operimit të telefonave celularë, të cilët suportojnë aplikacionin BKT Mobile janë iOS dhe Android.
Sistemi i Software-it 4.0 është ai që suporton paketën e plotë të këtij aplikacioni. Në versionet e Software-ve më të ulta se 4.0, BKT nuk mund t’ju garantojë një shërbim të plotë të aplikacionit.
Aksesi në BKT Mobile bëhet i mundur nëpërmjet një lidhjeje interneti, i ofruar nga çdo operator telefonik ose Wi-Fi.
Që të hysh në BKT Mobile ju duhet të përdorni të njëjtin numer klienti/fjalëkalim që perdorni në E-banking për Individ,Gjithashtu si klientë i ri mund të regjistroheni në BKT Mobile për here te pare me anë të numrit të klientit, dhe duke vendos te dhënat e kartës tuaj të debitit/kreditit (4 shifrat e fundit të kartës tuaj dhe PIN-in).
BKT Mobile ofron informacion mbi vendndodhjen e ATM-ve apo degës më të afërt të BKT-së pa patur nevojë të hysh në sistem.
Shërbimi ofrohet në dy gjuhë, shqip dhe anglisht.
Nëpërmjet BKT Mobile mund informohesh për llogaritë, kartat e kreditit apo depozitat e tua. Mund të kryesh pagesa të kartave të kreditit, faturave dhe rimbushjeve elektronike, transferosh para midis llogarive të tua, drejt llogarive brenda BKT dhe drejt bankave të tjera të nivelit të dytë që operojnë në Kosovë dhe llogarive me BKT Shqipërinë. Mund të hapësh llogari të reja dhe të kryesh këmbime valutore.

BKT Mobile provides fast and secure banking services in Kosova for retail customers anywhere, anytime on your Smartphone, needless to go to BKT branches and have a computer.
BKT Mobile application is supported by iOS or Android operating systems. Software System 4.0 is the system which supports the complete package of this application. In case of software versions earlier than 4.0, BKT cannot offer you a complete access to the application.
BKT Mobile access is possible through an internet connection, offered by any mobile operator or Wi-Fi.
To log in BKT Mobile you can use the same customer number/password which you use to enter in E-banking for Individuals. Also, as a new customer you have the option to register in BKT Mobile for the first time by entering your customer number, and filling details of your debit/credit card (last 4 digits of your card and PIN).
BKT Mobile provides the search for the location of ATMs or the nearest BKT branch without having to login to the system.
Services are provided in two languages, Albanian and English.
By using BKT Mobile, you can be informed about your accounts, credit cards or your utility bills. You can make payments of credit cards, utility bills and electronic top up. You can transfer money between your accounts, toward BKT accounts, or toward accounts in other banks operating in Kosova and toward BKT Albania accounts. You can open new accounts and perform currency exchange.

Ratings and reviews

Application is OK but has flaws, here are my major concerns: - SECURITY: no way to disable online purchases/transactions. For security reasons I want to use app only to VIEW balance and transactions but there is no way to disable purchases which i consider can impact security of my account. Secondly after few minutes instead of automatically logging me out, app just seems to lag. - UI: interface experience is not good, not intuitive. - Staff: not trained to give me proper feedback

Terrible. If you pay online payment are blocked (nonsense) it should be pending and you shuld be able to print statment. When you do update like another module share manual where to go and where is that update!!!!!

Worst app a bank could ever make. You can't even do anything because of their "a mistake has been made please try again later" excuses. 0/10.
