Very helpful for looking up when campus dining places are open and what the Hot Spot/DüB menus are for the day! It's also handy for looking up what the NAU bus stops are and what order they go in. If I had one criticism of NAUgo, it would be that the JacksCard feature doesn't load properly the first time I try to log in.

The app has its fair share of issues that make it annoying to use, but usually isn't unusable. However, there are some occasions where it has become completely impossible to use. One time, the app simply wasn't functional for a few days because an update broke it. Today, I ran into a new issue where the moment I'm prompted to log into my account (which is constantly), the app flickers between the app and two different login pages. These issues are nonexistent for Apple users for some reason

I apologize that you are experiencing issues using the NAUgo app. Please be sure your Android OS and the app are fully up to date. To ensure student security, we do require you to login to view your confidential info. We would love to get some info on your Android device and work with you to troubleshoot. The app won't let me use it because it needs an update, but also won't let me update it. The semester just started and I can't view my class information.

Hello! I apologize you are having issues. Please be sure you are running the most recent version of Android on your phone. If you are still unable to update the app, try deleting it and re-downloading. If you choose this option, you will also need to re-add your JacksCard.
